This is a message for those who are called to ministry, but have abandoned Christian assembly...
My heart has really been grieved concerning the state of the church, meaning the physical assembly of God’s people, in relation to what we consider to be true ministry. God has been dealing with me about how we as leaders, often try to fulfill our call to ministry OUTSIDE of His will and plan. Never before in my life have I met so many Apostles, Prophets, Pastors, Evangelists and Teachers with no affiliation to a physical church body or local assembly. Yet, everyone has a reason, or an excuse.
As a prophet, God has dealt with me harshly about this, because I am called to speak forth His heart and set order. Yet, not only have I become passive about the issue, but I’ve even allowed those who move outside of God’s order to rebuke me and shut my mouth. Shame on Joy Allen!
First, let me say that I empathize with the situation faced by some. Many of us have gone through or will experience times when we feel, for whatever reason, that we cannot commit to fellowshipping with a local body of believers. It may be a sick family member, a move to a new town, a life-changing event like the birth of a child, or even just a moment of rest to seek God and hear His voice for the next move. I believe God allows these seasons for some, in various situations and for different reasons. Yet, the Word of God and its commandments are still true. We must not forsake the assembling of ourselves together. At no point in anyone’s life should an individual become comfortable or content without regular assembly with other saints.
Heb 10:24 And let us consider {and} give attentive, continuous care to watching over one another, studying how we may stir up (stimulate and incite) to love {and} helpful deeds {and} noble activities,
Heb 10:25 Not forsaking {or} neglecting to assemble together [as believers], as is the habit of some people, but admonishing (warning, urging, and encouraging) one another, and all the more faithfully as you see the day approaching.
So many times, we need to separate for a time, but then begin to reason away the need for fellowship. This is very dangerous - a ploy of the enemy that is attacking the Body of Christ. When in these situations, we must continue searching for a local body, consistently praying that God will provide our need for fellowship and lead us to a place of worship.
This is the bottom line - God's Word does not lie. We must do as we are commanded. It saddens and frustrates me to see so many who have taken on active roles in “ministry,” but refuse to surrender under the authority of a church body. This is an epidemic that must be addressed, as God is revealing it.
Acts 13:2 While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, Separate now for Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.
Acts 13:3 Then after fasting and praying, they put their hands on them and sent them away.
Acts 13:8 But Elymas the wise man--for that is the translation of his name [which he had given himself]--opposed them, seeking to keep the proconsul from accepting the faith.
Acts 13:9 But Saul, who is also called Paul, filled with {and} controlled by the Holy Spirit, looked steadily at [Elymas]
Acts 13:10 And said, You master in every form of deception {and} recklessness, unscrupulousness, {and} wickedness, you son of the devil, you enemy of everything that is upright {and} good, will you never stop perverting {and} making crooked the straight paths of the Lord {and} plotting against His saving purposes?
Often, God brings me back to this Scripture when dealing with the issue of whether people should have a spiritual "covering". One thing we can gather here is that the church of Acts was set up as a foundation, an example, of how the New Testament church should look, behave and operate. The Bible says that God moved and spoke through His Holy Spirit when the people worshipped in unity. Then, He gave instruction for the Apostles to lay hands on particular persons and send them out. So many today feel that they can anoint themselves, just as Elymas did in the Scriptures to follow shortly after. Now, I have met some mighty men and women of God who may not have been "ordained" by the traditional, physical laying on of hands, but the people of God knew their spirits. They could bare witness to the calling and the gifts within them, and would frankly ordain them if asked. Why? Because they bore fruit. Their testimony was sure, and they operated in order. Part of that fruit is understanding SUBMISSION and SERVANTHOOD. Yes, one is truly called of God WANTS to submit and DESIRES to serve.
PEOPLE OF GOD, STOP PLAYING THE ROLES THAT GOD HAS NOT CALLED YOU TO. THIS IS THE BOTTOM LINE: IF YOU SAY YOU ARE AN APOSTLE, A PROPHET, A TEACHER, A PASTOR, AN EVANGELIST - YET NO ONE BEARS WITNESS WITH YOU IN THE SPIRIT, CHECK YOURSELF! We are too busy with trying to carry an office. Who can vouch for you? Where is your accountability? Who sent you out? Yes, it is necessary! This is the Word. Why do we think we know better than God? We don't!
God is so awesome. He’s so thorough, that He even set up a system of “checks and balances” for the church. Yes, everyone knows the Scriptures regarding the Ascension gifts or the "Five-Fold" ministry: Ephesians 4:11-12 and 1st Corinthians 14. All the gifts rely on one another. They bare witness with one another. Most importantly, they are operational within an assembly! Yes, somebody ought to bare witness with you. Somebody ought to be willing to send you out. Someone should want to share in your ministry.
Now I understand we must allow no man to lay hands on you suddenly. Some just want credit for your anointing, so you must be careful. Yet, if God calls you, He will provide the avenue to send you out - ACCORDING TO HIS WORD and within His protocol. No shortcuts!
To those who operate in the church, I pray that we can seek God at a new level. There are so many who feel there is no church with which they can fellowship – no one with whom they can pray and seek God. The Body of Christ, oftentimes, is not prepared to deal with the true needs of God’s people. Unfortunately, the churches are not reflecting the original plans, as demonstrated in Acts. We must continue seeking God, and restore the Christian assembly back to the place it should be.
James 1:27 External religious worship [religion as it is expressed in outward acts] that is pure and unblemished in the sight of God the Father is this: to visit {and} help {and} care for the orphans and widows in their affliction {and} need, and to keep oneself unspotted {and} uncontaminated from the world.
Back to the original point: There is no reason that any minister of the Gospel should attempt to minister and operate outside of God's plan. Frankly, that requires a fellowship of local believers - not the internet, nor a virtual network on MSN, Yahoo! 360°, or a phpBB discussion board, but a physical church family that offers teaching and accountability. The Bible tells us that faith comes by hearing, hearing by the Word of God. It then goes on to ask, how can they hear, except there be a preacher? Get under somebody's voice that is willing to be accountable for your soul and your ministry.
Lastly, in the way of tithes and offerings, please don't send money to anyplace where it cannot be accounted for. Be a good steward and send it only where you can bare witness that it is good ground. That should be in your own local church as well. Anyone who doesn't feel their church body is good ground needs to be praying. I'm not saying money cannot be planted in other places, but again, are we TRULY seeking God for direction according to HIS WORD or our OWN comfort zones?
Leaders and ministers of God, be encouraged and get in order. If God has truly called you, He will accommodate your ministry within the confines of His own plan. If you cannot operate in your gifts according to the instruction manual, sit them on the shelf. AMEN. Time is running short. Judgment comes first to the house of God. Imagine how many will be condemned just for not being in the proper place when the Savior shows up!!!
Welcome to SOUNDING THE ALARM! This blog is purposed to ignite discernment and righteous indignation that will draw God's people to biblical and prophetic insight. My hope is that these writings will spark a desire for prayer, worship and meditation on the Scriptures - that trailblazers for truth and revival will be ignited, strengthened and fortified to cry aloud and spare not the word of the Lord. Because My House Lies in Waste...
I have been crying out to God on behalf of His people, myself included. It seems that we have missed so much, and that the people of God are going through so much. I have to ask God why. I had to seek further instruction and more clarification. Last week, the Lord began answering some of these questions, and my Pastor confirmed some things on Sunday. When she first said it, I thought it pertained only to our church, but God continued to deal with me and reveal that what she said pertained to the entire Body of Christ, as did the other things He shared with me.
She said, “The church is full of leaders, but there are no workers.” Oh, that statement hit me like a brick, because God told me so clearly last week that His house lies in waste. Everyone is in a position of authority (so we think), but there are few lamenting and doing the work of the Father – sitting at His feet and waiting for instruction – working to build the Kingdom. Initially, I thought of the physical church – the buildings and the congregations of the people, but the Lord quickly corrected me and lead me to the book of Haggai.
Hag 1:3 Then came the word of the Lord by Haggai the prophet, saying,
Hag 1:4 Is it time for you yourselves to dwell in your paneled houses while this house [of the Lord] lies in ruins?
In the Old Testament, the temple of God housed the very glory of the Father. Not only that, but the house of God was also a safe haven for the people in a given city. Out of the temple, the poor were fed and the homeless could receive shelter and assistance. It was the center for ministry. Most importantly, God impressed on me that the house was the His dwelling place, the stage for His glory. So when I went back to this Scripture, I could here the Father asking, “Is it time for you yourselves to baste in your own glory while my worship remains in ruins?” Yes, back to the worship again.
Hag 1:5 Now therefore thus says the Lord of hosts: Consider your ways {and} set your mind on what has come to you.
Hag 1:6 You have sown much, but you have reaped little; you eat, but you do not have enough; you drink, but you do not have your fill; you clothe yourselves, but no one is warm; and he who earns wages has earned them to put them in a bag with holes in it.
Yes, many of us are in these situations. We survive, but are not satisfied. It seems as if something is incomplete – something is missing and void. While we strive to fill the void with more stuff, more money, more entertainment, more success – the glory of God is the missing piece. Pure worship is still lacking from amongst God’s people.
Hag 1:7 Thus says the Lord of hosts: Consider your ways (your previous and present conduct) {and} how you have fared.
Hag 1:8 Go up to the hill country and bring lumber and rebuild [My] house, and I will take pleasure in it and I will be glorified, says the Lord [by accepting it as done for My glory and by displaying My glory in it].
I hear God saying, “Get back to work.” Yes, it is time to get back to building the Kingdom. For two long, we’ve built our own ministries and our own churches, our own families and our own reputations. Again, I hear “UNITY.” It’s needed in order to build God’s Kingdom and usher in His glory. It’s needed in order to offer Him the praise and the worship He desires. It’s required in order to rebuild His house – to offer a dwelling place where His presence can dwell.
Hag 1:9 You looked for much [harvest], and behold, it came to little; and even when you brought that home, I blew it away. Why? says the Lord of hosts. Because of My house, which lies waste while you yourselves run each man to his own house [eager to build and adorn it].
Hag 1:10 Therefore the heavens above you [for your sake] withhold the dew, and the earth withholds its produce.
Priorities must be reordered this day. Too many of us are concerned with selfish desires and vain glory – we want to have the biggest church, the most popular ministry. We want to have the television show and the radio program. We want the fighting and the gossiping to stop at the church as long as we’re right and everyone else looks wrong. We’re concerned with wearing the nicest suit and the prettiest shoes instead of having a prepared spirit and a contrite heart. More concerned with decorating the church halls for guests than repenting and preparing our hearts for God’s presence to visit the house.
I even hear God reminding us that pure worship requires “sacrifice.” Our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit, and we are bought with a price. When will we yield our lives to the Father and truly die daily to ourselves, that He may be glorified and our flesh crucified for His sake? How long will we allow the Father’s house to lie in waste while we dwell in our own agendas?

Be Encouraged
1 Cor 7:23 You were bought with a price [purchased with a preciousness and paid for by Christ]; then do not yield yourselves up to become [in your own estimation] slaves to men [but consider yourselves slaves to Christ].
1 Cor 7:24 So, brethren, in whatever station {or} state {or} condition of life each one was when he was called, there let him continue with {and} close to God.
Praise the Lord!
I just want to encourage the Body of Christ. I see that God's people are going through so much. Everyone is dealing with things - going through tests and trials. In times like these, it is so important that we encourage ourselves in the Lord and that we uplift one another in prayer.
Saints of God, we owe it to the Father to protect the investment He has placed in us. The Scriptures tell us that we are not our own, but we have been purchased with a price. God has purchased us with the blood of His only Son. How dare we allow the issues of this world and the people in our lives to bring to nought all that God has birthed in us - the gifts and callings...the power and anointing...the virtue and holiness.
Protect HIS investment. Saints, be careful about who has access to God's treasure. Don't let everyone and every situation get to you. Allow nothing to separate you from the love of God.
On this past Sunday, God reminded me of Jeremiah. He was called the weeping prophet, and he wrote an entire book of lamentations before the Father. Yet, even Jeremiah learned to encourage himself. In chapter 3, he said there was one thing he recalled to his mind, and therefore he had hope - it is only because of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed. Because His compassions fail not, they are new every morning. Great is Thy faithfulness!
Be encouraged, saints of God. Encourage yourselves! Protect the investment your Father has placed in you, and do not allow anyone or anybody to put that at risk. Amen.

What to do with a Word
I hear God saying, "Back to the basics..."
In the Body of Christ, it's so easy for us to get so "deep" that we forget the basics, the essentials that we must remember in order to please our Father. God has been dealing with the Body of Christ for over a year about unity, and we have all heard and/or read the prophetic words coming forth. Yet, it seems we are so easily divided over the very word that has summoned us to unite.
In these days, we know that God is concerned with obedience and holiness. We know that words of correction are coming forth. Yet still, it is so difficult to say, "Is it I, Lord?" I've been praying, because I see the prophets being attacked, and I know that more is to come. I see the doors opening for the "great falling away," yet I ask God how is it that the elect seemingly have such a hard time coming into a spirit of unity.
My Father simply showed me that many of us don't know what to do with a word!
_____
James 1:19 Understand [this], my beloved brethren. Let every man be quick to hear [a ready listener], slow to speak, slow to take offense {and} to get angry.
So often, the word comes forth, and the first thing we do is allow our flesh to take the front seat. EVERY word should hurt the flesh. Yes, EVERY prophetic utterance should be uncomfortable to the natural man. People of God, we must rejoice in this. The Father chastises those whom He loves.
Saints of God, we must keep our ears open. Weigh every word, whether it be of the Father or not. Then react as appropriate. I heard Elmo (yes, the little red, fuzzy Elmo) say, "We should listen at least twice as much as we speak. Why? Because we have two ears, but only one mouth." Prophets of God, too many are speaking without hearing God. Too many are prophesying out of the flesh. Then, when a true word does come forth, the spirit of offense is already so rampant that one must fight to receive that which is truly from the Father. A word from on High comes with sacrifice. It comes with sweat and tears. It comes as a bullet for the MESSENGER before it cuts the HEARER.
James 1:20 For man's anger does not promote the righteousness God [wishes and requires].
The Bible tells us to be angry and sin not. So, we know the sin is not in the anger itself. Yet, when the flesh is elevated above the Holy Spirit within us, we cannot prophesy accurately and in the love of God. How can spiritual be birthed out of a vessel bowed to the flesh? We would never receive a prophesy given from someone in the act of fornication or theft. Yet, we are made to feel rebuked when we don't receive a word given out of anger, rage or revenge. Back to the basics - the word comes forth to edify, to strengthen, to give instruction and to correct. The word must be given in the same spirit it is received, not out of the spirit we have placed on it.
James 1:21 So get rid of all uncleanness and the rampant outgrowth of wickedness, and in a humble (gentle, modest) spirit receive {and} welcome the Word which implanted {and} rooted [in your hearts] contains the power to save your souls.
Oh, HUMILITY has become a scarce word in the Body of Christ. We're in a season where so many find it difficult to say "I'm sorry." "I made a mistake." Reminder: Without confession, repentance cannot be achieved. No one can repent for what is denied. We must "make room" for the word by living TRULY repentent lives...by dying daily...seeking the Father and living HOLY. So many underestimate and misunderstand HOLINESS. Can we get back to the point where the "saints" live without habitual sin - without fornication and adultery - without drunkenness, addictions and substance abuse (yes, tobacco included) - without lying and cheating - without hatred and bad attitudes? If not, the word will not be welcome. It will cut all the more.
James 1:22 But be doers of the Word [obey the message], and not merely listeners to it, betraying yourselves [into deception by reasoning contrary to the Truth].
Is anyone else tired of the "Amen" corner that agrees with every messages, but never applies the word? I've been there. I've been guilty, myself. Yes, we must be careful to apply each word to our own lives. It's always easy to see how it can be used by others, but we are each individually responsible to DO it ourselves. That's the first responsibility, else we betray ourselves. We fool ourselves and become contrary to the truth. In that state, we cannot be used of the Father to help ourselves or anyone else to the fullest potential. That's right...the prophet with "N/A" stamped on their forehead cannot prophesy anything of substance to God's people!
James 1:23 For if anyone only listens to the Word without obeying it {and} being a doer of it, he is like a man who looks carefully at his [own] natural face in a mirror;
James 1:24 For he thoughtfully observes himself, and then goes off and promptly forgets what he was like.
Yes, it is so easy to forget out own flaws. Even when I discipline my children, God often reminds me of how I did the same things...how I thought in the same manner. Saints, we must press in and ask God to show us what He sees. Then, we can't forget. Oh, we want to remember the good things: blessed in the city, blessed in the field, the head but not the tail... But we forget that which is ugly and needs to be cleaned. We forget that part that disgusts God. We forget that God has said we are as whores after idol gods...that we are disobedient and that is as the sin of witchcraft. Could this be cause for the lack of growth and deliverance?
James 1:25 But he who looks carefully into the faultless law, the [law] of liberty, and is faithful to it {and} perseveres in looking into it, being not a heedless listener who forgets but an active doer [who obeys], he shall be blessed in his doing (his life of obedience).
The bottom line - our Father blesses obedience! He takes pride in His children doing what He says - heeding to His word, be it rhema or logos. Back to the basics. Seek ye FIRST the Kingdom of God, all the other things will be added. Seek to PLEASE THE FATHER first, and He will show us how to use our gifts for His glory. Why do we try to put our gifts before God - the creation before the creator? In this season, it will not prosper.
In the Body of Christ, it's so easy for us to get so "deep" that we forget the basics, the essentials that we must remember in order to please our Father. God has been dealing with the Body of Christ for over a year about unity, and we have all heard and/or read the prophetic words coming forth. Seek ye FIRST the Kingdom of God, all the other things will be added. Seek to PLEASE THE FATHER first, and He will show us how to use our gifts for His glory. Why do we try to put our gifts before God - the creation before the creator? In this season, it will not prosper.

Pressing Past Offense in the Prophetic
I have truly gleaned from all God has been saying, through the Prophets, about true worship. I am learning so much, and hearing God speak over and over about how He wants our worship to come forth. This morning, I couldn't help but meditate even more on how true worshippers must be able to receive godly correction. Those who worship Him must do so in Spirit and in TRUTH.
The Word tells us that God chastises whom He loves, yet we tend to get so offended and hurt whenever correction comes our way. Sometimes it can be difficult, but I am able to accept the fact that I don't have it all together. I make mistakes, and some of them may cause me to feel some pain. I may be embarrassed behind some of them, or even insulted at the rebuke that comes forth. What I must do is learn to accept it and refuse to give up. We must always PRESS PAST OUR QUALIFICATION.
I was reading a Scripture this afternoon that I've been meditating on ever since. I was thinking of one of my recent rebukes. It made me a little angry and certainly made my flesh uncomfortable. Yet, I swallowed it and said, "OK, God. I just have to get it right." Yes, it hurt. Even more than the rebuke itself was the way God chose to deliver it. Yes, I had to deal with the flesh. I had to look past the person and hear the voice of God. Then, all I could say was "Ouch" and "Yes, Lord." It was true.
Oh saints, if we could just stop getting mad and dismissing the Word. Who cares how it comes or who it comes through? If it applies, fix it. Let God deal with the person if there is anything to be dealt with.
Anyway, I was reading this Scripture and noticed how Jesus rebuked the woman. Not only that, but He really insulted her. The strange thing is that she didn't go around and tell everyone how mean Jesus was to her. She didn't try to rebuke Him or correct Him for the "delivery" of His message. She didn't even argue. She accepted what He said. She knew she wasn't worthy. She knew she had no right to approach Him. In essence, she said, "Yes Lord, but I want more of YOU. I need YOU." She took it, and STAYED, so she was blessed. She took the blow, but continued to bow down, so she was blessed! Ah, what would she have missed if she allowed OFFENSE to rise up?
No, I'm not giving prophets a green light to be ugly, mean and hateful. I'm just encouraging us not to give so much attention to the messenger. Take the message and seek the Father. How is it that we allow God's rhema Word to be the very thing that turns us farther from Him. I'M GUILTY! I have received prophetic words that made me so angry, I immediately became bitter and moved into gossip, rebellion and strife. Yet, the Word was true! Yes, we must discern every word, and yes we must be careful about who speaks over us, but if we allow the Word to "search us", as my Pastor often says, and it is found to be true, take it, fix it, and continue to PRESS IN.
Matt 15:22 And behold, a woman who was a Canaanite from that district came out and, with a [loud, troublesomely urgent] cry, begged, Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is miserably {and} distressingly {and} cruelly possessed by a demon!
Matt 15:23 But He did not answer her a word. And His disciples came and implored Him, saying, Send her away, for she is crying out after us.
Matt 15:24 He answered, I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
Matt 15:25 But she came and, kneeling, worshiped Him and kept praying, Lord, help me!
Matt 15:26 And He answered, It is not right (proper, becoming, or fair) to take the children's bread and throw it to the little dogs.
Matt 15:27 She said, Yes, Lord, yet even the little pups (little whelps) eat the crumbs that fall from their [young] masters' table.
Matt 15:28 Then Jesus answered her, O woman, great is your faith! Be it done for you as you wish. And her daughter was cured from that moment.

Have You Dwelt Within the Cloud?
In this season, God has really been dealing with worship. What is true worship? What type of worship does the Father want? How can we please Him with our worship and our praise? Early, this morning, the Lord gave me yet another vision...still concerning this worship. In a message God gave me, not many days ago, He began to show me that worship acceptable to Him requires true sacrifice...complete holiness...100% surrender unto the Father. Our bodies and lives must be a complete sacrifice if we want pure worship to go before Him.
In the vision, God began to show me that pestilences and the trials that are to come, just as many of them are described in the Word of God. I saw hunger and crime. People were angry, looting, and fighting. Many who once walked in a form of godliness began to deny the Father and His Son, in exchange for their pain to be relinquished. As I received a birds' eye view of the earth in turmoil and shambles for those who called on the name of Jehovah, the Father turned His attention to me. Simply, He asked, "Would you deny me?" Then, the Lord began to show me all the subtle ways I had denied Him in the past...sometimes it was something as small as accepting a prophetic word from someone, and not debating it because it was the "wrong place" or the "wrong time." Yes, I allowed protocol to keep me from standing for what God said. At other times, it was my job or a family member. They needed me when God called for my attention, yet I made the decision to do what "seemed" right, and I simply called it simple responsibility. Yes, God is dealing with my heart concerning Him. He is preparing me to be able and equipped to truly profess, "For God I'll live and for God I'll die."
As the vision moved on, the Lord had me to face a few of my biggest fears. First, let me explain that I am very claustrophobic, but praying even that God will lift that from me. I've also always had fears of dying by fire or drowning. In the vision, the Lord showed me the government of this very country taking my family into captivity. In an effort to make me deny Christ, they took my daughter, and dropped her down a tube that was only 1 foot in diameter. I was told the tube was 50 feet deep, and that my daughter would die on impact. In the vision, God asked, "Would you deny me?" I saw my family and church members all whispering and talking...some even praying that I would do the right thing. I cried until I was nauseous, but I kissed my 2-year-old daughter, and anointed her then as a martyr for Jesus Christ. In my mind, at least she would die quickly. Oh, how my heart hurt when heard her body hit the bottom of that tunnel. To my dispair, though, she kept crying and screaming for "Mommy." To intensify my pain, she had lived through the ordeal, and could not be pulled out. These same people, then informed me that my husband and son had already been killed, and that I would be next. My body literally felt broken and I thought of how tiny the tunnel was. I prayed that I would not get stuck and sufficate, but that I would somehow pass away before feeling anything. The guards told me that I would crush my own child, and told me I had murdered my daughter. They pushed me in headfirst, and my body broke in many places. They then dropped a torch behind me. The fear and pain were unbearable. I still heard my daughter's cries, but couldn't see her. Suddenly, I was overcome with a peace that I never felt before. I looked up and I was holding my daughter. "Well done", I heard from my Father.
I began to ask God why we had to suffer such things. Even before He could answer, I "woke up" from the vision. This morning, God began to speak to me again concerning this vision. I explained all that to speak forth the Word God has for His people.
Many of you are going through trials and tribulaitons as never before, and they will get even worse before they get better. A time is coming when we will all have to make "HARD" decisions for God, for our Father. We must let go of religion and the mentality that God will remove the obstacles. He never said He would take away the troubles, but that He would always offer a way of escape. As the Lord was speaking to me, He reminded me of this vision. He reminded me that while I was in pain and hurting, I KNEW I was pleasing Him. While others questioned my decisions, and while they seemed so cruel, He gave me a peace to bear witness in my Spirit. That peace, the Lord explained, is one that passes all understanding.
Over the last few months, mamy things that used to concern me no longer take the precedence they once did. My relationship with the Father has been exalted in priority. I desire to please Him more than anything. I love my family, I love my Church, but I realize what is best for them - God's best! I am truly being broken and reprogrammed by the Father, Himself. God is doing the same with so many of you. The world will begin to think that you just don't care - that you're simply not responsible. They will begin to question your humanity when seem numb to some of the things that shake others. PEACE. No, the problems will not disappear, but God will keep your countenance. Perfect worship relies in complete sacrifice and obedience. Yes, it's a journey, but we are well on our way.
Yet, there is a warning. When true worship goes before the Father, His presence dwells therein. The Scriptures tell us that our God dwells in the praises of His people. The Lord said that some of us will begin to experience His presence like never before. I am not talking about in a church service or a revival, but in personal prayer and worship time. Some will begin to receive visitations that cannot be shared or explained, simply because no on else will understand. We will learn, in this season, to keep some things between God and ourselves, because the eperiences will be that shocking, that abnormal, that life changing.
From the Scriptures, we understand that when the priest entered the Holy of Holies to worship and care for the temple, a string was attached to the ankle in case the priest was found with any sin. If so, the presence of God would strike Him dead. Because only God's chosen priests were able to enter the sanctuary, the rope was provided as a way to pull the body out if judgment fell. God's presence will be seen in the same power.
The Lord is sending His Shekinah glory. He desires to be among His people, but must first find those who worship Him in Spirit and in truth that the people will not be devoured and perish. Oh, how I long to feel the CLOUD of the Father. How I desire to dwell in His presence, with a cloud so thick that I am literally struck dumb. I want my praise, my worship to be that real and that pure to the Father. I want God to feel He is first in my life. I desire the peace that only He can give, that I'll be able to endure the trials and persecutions that are to come.
The Lord gave me a song to dance to this morning, and the words were simply:
This is my desire, to honor you
With all that is within me, I give you praise
Lord, I give You my heart
I give You my soul
I live for You alone
Every breath that I take
Every moment I'm awake
Lord, have Your way in me
This should be our cry. Our desire should be to honor the Father, to please Him. Ministry is not about what we can get. It's not about who likes us or not. It's not about money. It's not about having services. It's not even about jumping around, singing or shouting. At the end of the day, is the Father pleased, or has comprimise crept in again?
Where is the glory cloud? Shouldn't this be our goal - to honor the Father with such a praise that He desires to fill the room? To worship God to the point that our flesh is consumed? Ah, if I can invoke His presence here, I know the Lord will welcome me there!
Ex 40:34 Then the cloud [the Shekinah, God's visible presence] covered the Tent of Meeting, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle!
Ex 40:35 And Moses was not able to enter the Tent of Meeting because the cloud remained upon it, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.
1 Kin 8:10 When the priests had come out of the Holy Place, the cloud filled the Lord's house,
1 Kin 8:11 So the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud, for the glory of the Lord had filled the Lord's house.
2 Chr 5:13 And when the trumpeters and singers were joined in unison, making one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord, and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and other instruments for song and praised the Lord, saying, For He is good, for His mercy {and} loving-kindness endure forever, then the house of the Lord was filled with a cloud,
2 Chr 5:14 So that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud, for the glory of the Lord filled the house of God.
Ezek 10:3 Now the cherubim stood on the south side of the house when the man went in; and the cloud [the Shekinah] filled the inner court.
Ezek 10:4 Then the glory of the Lord mounted up from the cherubim to stand over the threshold of the [Lord's] house; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of the Lord's glory.
In the vision, God began to show me that pestilences and the trials that are to come, just as many of them are described in the Word of God. I saw hunger and crime. TRUE PROPHETS, Are You Ready?
This is a message of encouragement for the TRUE PROPHETS. When I finally accepted the office God called me into, He told me I would be a prophet like Elijah. I always admired Elijah, because the Bible expressed his fears. Yet he was dedicated to what God called him to do, and he was bold in his assignments, yet humble in the presence of His God.
This morning, the Lord brought the Scripture to me, and showed me the TRUE prophets of today going through the same thing Elijah experienced after challenging the Baal worshippers to call on their God. We all know the TRUE God answered by fire...
1 Kin 19:1 Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done and how he had slain all the prophets [of Baal] with the sword.
First of all, let's be honest. When the true prophets of God walk as they have been called and ordained to do, it's always the "punks" in the spirit that run their mouths. Yes, the true saints of God know how to get in their Father's face and inquire when there is question. Those who do not know how to tap into the Spirit are those that run around the church, looking for other demons to talk with and share their opinions. Hmm... Saints, we put too much emphasis on the talkers and sometimes miss the fact that the demons are where we need to focus our attention. Ahab was never a threat... He was just an informant. Stop stressing over the gossipers in the Body. That weapon formed will not prosper. Instead, focus on the demons that are rising to attack your very life and and ministry.
1 Kin 19:2 Then Jezebel sent a messenger to Elijah, saying, So let the gods do to me, and more also, if I make not your life as the life of one of them by this time tomorrow.
When we begin to tear down the altars that have been built to idols, demons will be discomforted. How do you know when you are doing a work for God? Opposition comes. Discomfort brews. Yes, things will get hard. Saints, we must prepare ourselves to lay down our very lives...even to risk the lives of our family members. When some of us speak against the false gods in the "church," we must be prepared to RISK ALL. Don't underestimate the peoples' loyalties to their idols. Some are willing to die for their false gods. Are we willing to die for the true and living GOD?
1 Kin 19:3 Then he was afraid and arose and went for his life and came to Beersheba of Judah [over eighty miles, and out of Jezebel's realm] and left his servant there.
1 Kin 19:4 But he himself went a day's journey into the wilderness and came and sat down under a lone broom {or} juniper tree and asked that he might die. He said, It is enough; now, O Lord, take away my life; for I am no better than my fathers.
Oh, can I be real? God is allowing many of us to come into a place where we are literally fighting through hell! Yes, it seems like your entire world is crumbling down. God showed me something about His prophets - they completely rely on Him. Some of us are being stripped for the sake of the anointing on our lives - that the gifts and callings may be perfected. God is seasoning prophets that do not depend on the flesh and things in the natural. He is raising prophets that listen only to Him, and not the testimony of man. Even moreso, God is stripping us in the natural, so no man can lay claim to us. We belong to the Father, and He will share His glory with none other. Are you ready to be fully committed? Again, it will cost you everything! We will get scared sometimes. We may even run and tell God we give up. If I can be honest, I've already been there LOTS of times. "God, I can't do this....Lord, why me?...God, I'm not strong enough." I'm learning it's okay to feel that way sometimes, because God is truly bringing death to the flesh! We must die to self, so that we instantly operate when instructed.
1 Kin 19:5 As he lay asleep under the broom {or} juniper tree, behold, an angel touched him and said to him, Arise and eat.
1 Kin 19:6 He looked, and behold, there was a cake baked on the coals, and a bottle of water at his head. And he ate and drank and lay down again.
1 Kin 19:7 The angel of the Lord came the second time and touched him and said, Arise and eat, for the journey is too great for you.
1 Kin 19:8 So he arose and ate and drank, and went in the strength of that food forty days and nights to Horeb, the mount of God.
Now we have the difference between a true prophet and the witches that want to prophesy. When God calls, the TRUE prophets answer. The TRUE prophets obey, even when they want to give up. TRUE prophets recognized God's authority, and love His Word. TRUE prophets cannot survive outside of His presence. Yet, TRUE prophets will literally die if God separates Himself from them. They are completely dependent upon the Father. TRUE prophets can't even think for themselves. They can't have personal opinions for long. They have CONSTANT AND CONSISTENT discussions with the Father, to the point that His personality becomes their own. Ahhh.... Have you spoken to a TRUE prophet lately? They don't have a Word just on Sunday morning. God is ALWAYS talking to them about something. They receive CONSTANT streams of revelation. They are always being built up, chastised and sharpened by the Father. They are always ON ASSIGNMENT. Are there any TRUE PROPHETS who thought you were strange? People said you are "too deep." No, you're a TRUE PROPHET of God!
1 Kin 19:9 There he came to a cave and lodged in it; and behold, the word of the Lord came to him, and He said to him, What are you doing here, Elijah?
Yes, even the prayer life of a prophet is different. You can't just utter words of prayer to the Father, say "Amen" and be done. NO, a prophet always hears back from God. TRUE PROPHETS don't necessarily have to "schedule" prayer time. Why? Because God is CONSTANTLY talking. Everything contains revelation. It cannot be turned off. That's the office!
1 Kin 19:10 He replied, I have been very jealous for the Lord God of hosts; for the Israelites have forsaken Your covenant, thrown down Your altars, and killed Your prophets with the sword. And I, I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.
This is what God is preparing us for. In many of our churches, the TRUE PROPHETS are getting angry. We KNOW the voice of the Father, and we know His heart, because we are always in His face. GET READY TO BE UNPOPULAR. Get ready to be hated. For some, you will be THE ONLY one in the congregation. If you KNOW you hear from God, stand your ground. Elijah knew He was the only TRUE PROPHET of God in the land, and he understood that his life was in danger. Yet, he refused to allow the idols to live. Hmm.... What have you killed lately? When will the TRUE PROPHETS stop talking and complaining? When will we just start attacking the enemy in the spirit realm? How much more are we willing to tolerate? How much more does God need to strip us before we are free enough to fight?
Yes, God told me that some of what I'm going through is just to toughen me up so that I won't hesitate to FIGHT. When you have nothing to lose... you're more likely to come out swinging! Be encouraged and get ready to GIVE YOUR ALL, true prophets of God!

Stop Worshipping the "church" - REPENT and Become Part of the TRUE "Church"
God is speaking to the Body of Christ, the Church, about those who are being deceived in the church (the political and social, physical gathering of people claiming to be part of God's family. Too many of so-called Christians are worshipping the church, and not worshipping the Father. Too many are wasting their lives away in fellowship, but on their way to hell for lack of relationship with the Heavenly Father. Yes, even in this internet fellowship, in your own congregation, there are many who are playing the part, yet have never tapped into true salvation. They are serving the idol called "church," and are on their way to hell full of service and good works.
All of us must examine ourselves. We must get naked before the Father. Going to "church" has never saved a soul. Going to "church" has never made one a member of the Church (the Body of Christ). Those who are called and appointed in this hour must stop regarding everyone as a sister or brother that attends the same congregation. Where is their fruit? Where is YOUR fruit?
We must examine ourselves. Too many are shouting in church...preaching sermons... prophelying... praying... laying on hands. Yet there is NO PRIVATE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE FATHER. How many of us "hear" God on Sundays and Wednesday nights, yet NEVER hear from Him in private time? Check yourself. You are worshipping an idol. You have even been called by a false God. Your congregation and denomination cannot ordain, appoint, quicken, activate anything that God has not first called forth and ordained.
Heed this warning. If you are walking in an office or a calling that was labelled and planted on you by your "church," yet you have never heard GOD appoint the thing, repent and drop it now. You have been set upon an altar of idolatry! You are in violation of the Father, and you are ministering in SIN. You are calling on Jesus, prophesying in His name, proclaiming His word, all for Him to say He does not know you! REPENT, and sit down until you get a Word from the Father.
This is why God is exposing those in the congregations we serve. Too many are being worshipped in His place, and we serve a jealous God. How dare we serve a man, just because he is an elder or a pastor, yet forsake Jehovah himself. We deny God in His own name! "Apostasy and Sin" is what we have presented to the Father, and we dare to call ourselves the Body of Christ. Again, where is the fruit?
Apostles, how many churches will you set up without order? Prophets, how dare you prophesy prosperity rather than judgment when the people are in sin? Evangelists, where are the converted souls? Teachers, why isn't the Word being taught as GOD said it? Pastors, why are your sheep acting like goats? INIQUITY!
When will the REAL SAINTS of God stand up? We must stop allowing imposters to run God's house? Yes, God is saying that the REAL SAINTS are enabling the perpetrators. We "Amen" their mess! We finance their idolatrous kingdoms. We have surrendered God's house to idols and idolators, and we are allowing them to shut our mouths. They tell us we are "out of order," but God's is asking "Who's order?" Let God be true and every man a liar!
God will restore the true saints of God. A separation is coming forth. The "elect" is being sanctified, separated for this hour. On which side will YOU stand? Are you a priest or an imposter? Think on these things...
Ezek 44:7 You have brought into My sanctuary aliens, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in My sanctuary to pollute {and} profane it, even My house, when you offer My bread, the fat and the blood; and through it all {and} in addition to all your abominations, they {and} you have broken My covenant.
Ezek 44:8 And you have not kept charge of My holy things, but you have chosen foreign keepers to please yourselves and have set them in charge of My sanctuary.
Ezek 44:9 Therefore thus says the Lord God: No foreigner uncircumcised in heart and flesh shall enter into My sanctuary [where no one but the priests might enter], of any foreigners who are among the children of Israel.
Ezek 44:10 But the Levites who went far away from Me when Israel went astray, who went astray from Me after their idols, they shall bear [the punishment for] their iniquity {and} guilt.
Ezek 44:11 They shall minister in My sanctuary, having oversight as guards at the gates of the temple and ministering in the temple. They shall slay the burnt offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they shall attend the people to serve them.
Ezek 44:12 Because [the priests] ministered to [the people] before their idols and became a stumbling block of iniquity {and} guilt to the house of Israel, therefore I have lifted up My hand {and} have sworn against them, says the Lord God, that they shall bear the punishment for their iniquity {and} guilt.
Ezek 44:13 And they shall not come near to Me to do the office of a priest to Me, nor come near to any of My holy things that are most sacred; but they shall bear their shame {and} their punishment for the abominations which they have committed.

Have You Paid the Cost?
Earlier this week in our Evangelism class, an interesting question was asked. "Is appropriate to say that salvation is not free, though this is what we often hear in church?" I too have heard expressions like, "Salvation is free, but the anointing will cost you something." Well, from my point of view, salvation is not free either.
In response to the question, I posed this scenario to the class: If my husband bought me a $10,000 ring and gave it to me, it would be a gift to me, but it by no means came free. His sacrifice would be required in order to purchase the ring, and he would gift it to me only because of the value I have become to him personally. On the other hand, if my husband went to the Pawn shop and picked up a ring for 35 cents, I would be terribly upset, even though the ring didn't cost me anything personally. Why? Because it has no value, and he has not made a sacrifice symbolic of my worth to him. Hmmm....
God brought this back to my remembrance this morning, when He began dealing with me about a very familiar passage of Scripture...
2 Sam 24:18 Then Gad came to David and said, Go up, rear an altar to the Lord on the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite.
2 Sam 24:19 So David went up according to Gad's word, as the Lord commanded.
2 Sam 24:20 Araunah looked and saw the king and his servants coming toward him; and [he] went out and bowed himself before the king with his face to the ground.
2 Sam 24:21 Araunah said, Why has my lord the king come to his servant? And David said, To buy the threshing floor from you, to build there an altar to the Lord, that the plague may be stayed from the people.
2 Sam 24:22 And Araunah said to David, Let my lord the king take and offer up what seems good to him. Behold, here are oxen for burnt sacrifice, and threshing instruments and the yokes of the oxen for wood.
2 Sam 24:23 All this, O king, Araunah gives to the king. And Araunah said to the king, The Lord your God accept you.
2 Sam 24:24 But King David said to Araunah, No, but I will buy it of you for a price. I will not offer burnt offerings to the Lord my God of that which costs me nothing. So David bought the threshing floor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver.
2 Sam 24:25 David built there an altar to the Lord and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. So the Lord heeded the prayers for the land, and Israel's plague was stayed.
Have you paid the cost? Ahhh.... I just keep hearing God ask this question of His people. We live in such a "microwave" world these days. Even within the Body of Christ, everyone wants everything quick and free. God has been dealing with even our local body about WAITING on Him and basting in His presence. Where is the sacrifice in the Body of Christ? Where is the loyalty to the Father, despite the consequences?
God began to show me people with roots growing from their feet. Those who were willing to die and tarry had deep roots. Their arms (branches) grew long. Their leaves were full, and the fruit they bore was abundant. Then, I saw other people who refused to die to self, refused to wait on God and refused to be still. Their roots were shallow and rotten, and they quickly fell over, because they refused to be grounded!
Ahhh... God is not looking for microwave servants. The Body of Christ needs seasoned Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers. We need gifts that have been proven. We need servants with a testimony. Where are those who have been tried by fire? Where are those who lost it all, but stayed loyal to ministry? These are those whom God is calling to RISE UP.
God asked me, "Why do you think the prophets of old had to suffer persecution from the people? Why do you think I allowed them to suffer?" Yes, Ezekiel, Isaiah, Hosea, Jonah and all the other GREAT prophets suffered, and many times at God's command. It was to build character. It was to allow them access to what God saw and fealt. YES, they had to PAY something for the power and authority they walked in. They were gifted, but a sacrifice was still required in order to perfect the gifts.
Saints of God, let's not be weak in this season. Let's stop looking to God to fix everything for nothing. We can't expect to have huge, impactful churches and ministries when we haven't paid the price: sweat and tears, fervent prayer, fasting and obedience. How can we expect diamonds from God when we only give Him a life worth 2 cents? Ohhh!
What are you willing to pay? God spoke this before, and I hear it again. "It will cost your life."

A Season of Abstinence...
The Lord spoke very clearly to me this morning. He said, "Behold, I am calling many to a season of abstinence. Because my people have failed to seek my face. Many have trusted the prayers of another and attempted to glean from the fasts of others. They trust the anointing on my people, yet they refuse to seek Me. They seek the Prophet yet, they have not sought my face. Their physical churches and ministries have become idols before Me. They love my people, but do not know Me. As I did in the days of Hosea, so shall I do in this hour. Their idols will no longer be able to deliver them from calamity and destruction. The prophets will prophesy judgment rather than blessings. They must cry out to Me. They must seek Me. They must pant after Me. When the people they idolize fail to comfort for a season, my people will turn back to Me. Again, I will receive the worship and reverence. Proclaim unto my people a season of abstinence. Do not be amazed when the old no longer prospers. The methods of the past will not prosper in this hour. I am a jealous God. My people will receive redemption through none other than my Son and deliverance through none other than me - the Father."
Hos 3:1 THEN SAID the Lord to me, Go again, love [the same] woman [Gomer] who is beloved of a paramour and is an adulteress, even as the Lord loves the children of Israel, though they turn to other gods and love cakes of raisins [used in the sacrificial feasts in idol worship].
Hos 3:2 So I bought her for fifteen pieces of silver and a homer and a half of barley [the price of a slave].
Hos 3:3 And I said to her, You shall be [betrothed] to me for many days; you shall not play the harlot and you shall not belong to another man. So will I also be to you [until you have proved your loyalty to me and our marital relations may be resumed].
Hos 3:4 For the children of Israel shall dwell {and} sit deprived many days, without king or prince, without sacrifice or [idolatrous] pillar, and without ephod [a garment worn by priests when seeking divine counsel] or teraphim (household gods).
Hos 3:5 Afterward shall the children of Israel return and seek the Lord their God, [inquiring of and requiring Him] and [from the line of] David, their King [of kings]; and they shall come in [anxious] fear to the Lord and to His goodness {and} His good things in the latter days.

Unto Whom Have You Entrusted My Presence?
1 Chr 15:1 DAVID MADE for himself houses in the City of David, and he prepared a place for the ark of God and pitched a tent for it.
1 Chr 15:2 Then David said, None should carry the ark of God but the Levites, for the Lord chose them to carry the ark of God and to minister to Him forever.
1 Chr 15:3 And David assembled all Israel at Jerusalem to bring up the ark of the Lord to its place, which he had prepared for it.
1 Chr 15:4 And David gathered together the sons of Aaron and the Levites:
1 Chr 15:5 Of the sons of Kohath, Uriel the chief, with 120 kinsmen;
1 Chr 15:6 Of the sons of Merari, Asaiah the chief, with 220 kinsmen;
1 Chr 15:7 Of the sons of Gershom, Joel the chief, with 130 kinsmen;
1 Chr 15:8 Of the sons of Elizaphan, Shemaiah the chief, with 200 kinsmen;
1 Chr 15:9 Of the sons of Hebron, Eliel the chief, with 80 kinsmen;
1 Chr 15:10 Of the sons of Uzziel, Amminadab the chief, with 112 kinsmen.
1 Chr 15:11 And David called for Zadok and Abiathar the priests, and for the Levites--Uriel, Asaiah, Joel, Shemaiah, Eliel, and Amminadab,
1 Chr 15:12 And said to them, You are the heads of the fathers' houses of the Levites; sanctify yourselves, both you and your brethren, that you may bring up the ark of the Lord, the God of Israel, to the place that I have prepared for it.
1 Chr 15:13 For because you bore it not [as God directed] at the first, the Lord our God broke forth upon us--because we did not seek Him in the way He ordained.
1 Chr 15:14 So the priests and the Levites sanctified themselves to bring up the ark of the Lord, the God of Israel.
1 Chr 15:15 The Levites carried the ark of God on their shoulders with the poles, as Moses commanded by the word of the Lord.
1 Chr 15:16 David told the chief Levites to appoint their brethren the singers with instruments of music--harps, lyres, and cymbals--to play loudly and lift up their voices with joy.

My Father really dealt with me last night about the disrespect we have for His glory and His presence. He gave me this Scripture and began to express His anger about so many things we have done in the Body of Christ to disrespect His presence, His anointing and His glory. I literally cried and hurt in my body over the disrespect and neglect the Lord showed me.
When David prepared to have the ark of the covenant placed in the temple, he stated called on the Levites, the CHOSEN priests of God, to carry the ark. This is so significant. The Levites were dedicated at birth and raised in total and complete holiness to serve the Father. The ark of the covenent represented God's presence - His glory. David was determined to follow the will of the Father in handling His presence.
Prior to this, David states in verse 13, God brought judgment upon the people because they did not handle the anointing the way God ORDAINED. Hmmm... The people did not seek His presence nor handle His glory as they were instructed. So, not only did the Father refuse to show up on their behalf, but He allowed calamity to come against the people.
Yes, God dealt with me so heavily about this last night. He literally spoke to me for hours about why His presence is lacking in the earth. God said it's because His chosen people have entrusted His presence and His anointing into the hands of UNHOLY VESSELS. My God! Yes, we have allowed the world to taint the presence of God. We have given them access when they were not entitled.
For some of us, God has anointed our children and chosen them from birth, just as He did the Levites. Yet, we allow the world to taint them. They watch and listen to anything the world feeds them. Then, we allow secular artists and worldly influences to come into the church and teach them. God is not pleased.
Then God began to show me Pastors. Pastors who have prayed and labored over a vision. God anointed them and birthed ministry to them. These leaders then turned around and placed His ordained works into the hands of worldly people. They seek worldly financial advisors. They place leaders on boards simply because they are family members, knowing that have no relationship with the Father. God is not pleased.
What about the many of us who have been called into ministry, but allow the world to shut our mouths? Yes, THIS ONE STUNG ME. God told me He has anointed some of us. He has called many of us. He has placed His hand of favor over us. Yet, we take the very anointing and presence of God that is within us, and make it subject to man. Yes, we allow the world to shut our mouths. We allow unholy vessels to tell us we are not worthy.
Unto whom have you entrusted my presence? To whom have you given access to my glory? God is saying we must follow His protocol and protect the anointing. We must value His presence again. "Cast not your pearls before swine," says the Father.
Saints, we must stop accepting everything that comes within church walls. Notice in the Scripture that the LEVITES chose who would praise and worship God in the temple. They were appointed to anoint singers and dancers. STOP LETTING THE WORLD DICTATE WHAT WE DO IN THE FATHER'S HOUSE!!! God's way or no way! Just as the Father chose the Levites, today He has chosen who will carry His anointing and carry out His work. We must realize - NOT ALL ARE CHOSEN. When will the Church stop lying to people? Not everybody is anointed. Not everybody is called. We cannot entrust the anointing to unclean vessels. Let God be true, and every man a liar. If we really value His presence, we will protect it from unclean access.
Saints, so many are wondering why we are praying without results. Why is God's presence not coming forth during praise and worship as it should? Why are the prophets not hearing and the seers not seeing. I keep hearing God say "Tainted, they have been tainted." My God! Sanctify yourselves.
People of God, I am begging you. Get holy. No, you can't watch everything. No, you can't hang out with everybody. No, you are not everyone's friend. No, you can't listen to what you want. No, you can't end your fast just because your family is having a cook-out. WAKE UP! It is time to make a choice. HOLINESS. SANCTIFICATION. Set yourself apart. Get in God's face, and have respect for His presence, for His glory and for His anointing.
AMEN.
1 Chr 15:5 Of the sons of Kohath, Uriel the chief, with 120 kinsmen;
1 Chr 15:6 Of the sons of Merari, Asaiah the chief, with 220 kinsmen;
1 Chr 15:7 Of the sons of Gershom, Joel the chief, with 130 kinsmen;
1 Chr 15:8 Of the sons of Elizaphan, Shemaiah the chief, with 200 kinsmen;
1 Chr 15:9 Of the sons of Hebron, Eliel the chief, with 80 kinsmen;

Access to the Source
Mark 5 (AMP)
27 She had heard the reports concerning Jesus, and she came up behind Him in the throng and touched His garment, 28 For she kept saying, If I only touch His garments, I shall be restored to health. 29 And immediately her flow of blood was dried up at the source, and [ suddenly] she felt in her body that she was healed of her [distressing] ailment.
As I was meditating on this very familiar passage of Scripture, the Lord began speaking to me about the state of the Church. So often, we are looking for God to make cosmetic "fixes" in our lives, yet we neglect to grant Him access to the source of our ailments - the root of our problems. This woman with the issue of blood suffered from a hemorrhage, yet this was only the end result of a larger, medical problem, which could be be accessed by the doctors. Because of her faith, not only was the flow of blood stopped, but it ceased FROM THE SOURCE.
How many times do our prayers request only cosmetic evaluation and change? Hmmm.... Yes, I'm guilty. "God, help me pay the gas bill. Father, please help me to lose weight." Instead of asking God to heal the source, I only want Him to deal with the end result. Ahhh... When will we begin to look at ourselves and believe God to heal the source? Yes, instead of praying for rent money, some of us just need to grant God access to the gluttony that makes us eat out every night...the covetousness that makes us want to buy the cutest shoes and the nicest purse...the poor stewardship that makes us get our hair and nails done before paying the tithes. Yes, give Him access to the SOURCE...your heart! Instead of praying for weight loss, "Lord, deal with my laziness. Help me to be a better steward over this temple. Grant me wisdom to know how to care for this body." Openness to the Father must come before He can restore HOLINESS in the vessel.
To God be the glory!

What Honor Have I Received?
I must be transparent and open in this - God has been dealing with me about being a "people-pleaser." Yes, I've always had one of those soft, compassionate personalities - one where I want everyone to be happy and be at peace, as much as possible. Yet, God is bringing me to a new level a maturity in this.
Religion has taught many of us to be at peace at all times...refrain from stirring the waters and causing strife. To some point this is good advice, yet we are in a season where the enemy must be exposed. This means some will get mad. Some will not like me. Many will slander my name and threaten my well-being. Yet, God's judgment must come forth. His heart must be communcated to His people. This is not a season to be popular or well-liked. It is a season to be favored of the Father rathen than man.
John 5:44 How is it possible for you to believe [how can you learn to believe], you who [are content to seek and] receive praise {and} honor {and} glory from one another, and yet do not seek the praise {and} honor {and} glory which come from Him Who alone is God?
Again, I must be transparent. God has rebuked me many times for getting so upset when people don't receive me. The Lord had to remind me..."They are not rejecting you, but they are rejecting Me, your Father." None of us are above correction and rebuke, but be encouraged. If you KNOW you hear the Father and are working according to His will, EXPECT FRICTION. Even in the Body, there are many who will doubt.
Too many have ministries that are highly esteemed by men. Yet, the leaders don't hear the voice of God. They cannot discern spirits. They are not in tune to God's plan. Are we to expect these who walk in darkness to lead the Body into all truth? God forbid.
We must learn to trust that God that lies within us. We must learn to understand our gifts and use them for the Body. It is not about us, but the Kingdom. It's all about pleasing the Father. Let God be true, and every man a liar.

Evangelism Redefined
a homeless man sitting in the street
enduring the cold and extreme summer heat
he heard the Gospel, thought his life was once whole
but his salvation was not complete - purity was never his goal
being homeless is not a sin
being homeless is not a sin
but he also smoked and drank
and prostitutes were the distraction
that kept his paycheck from the bank
he'd met an evangelist
he'd met an evangelist
on the corner one day
who preached the love of God
said Jesus was the only way
he'll come into your life
he'll come into your life
and freely cleanse you from sin
all the poverty and pain
you'll never feel again
all that you've endured, he said
all that you've endured, he said
was only for a season
the Father was pulling you toward Himself
all for a divine reason
wealth is stored up for the saints
wealth is stored up for the saints
now your prosperity is near
just repeat this little prayer
and your life will change right here
so the man visited the evangelist's church
so the man visited the evangelist's church
and was treated so well at the start
he became a mascot for the entire congregation
but there was no change in his heart
you see, we're all about God's business
you see, we're all about God's business
the members began to proclaim
come one, come all into the house of the Lord
just come as you are, in Jesus' name
as the man visited week after week
as the man visited week after week
he gave offerings with expectation
you see, he'd been told it would help him to prosper
and seal his soul's salvation
for two weeks members fed him meals
for two weeks members fed him meals
loaned him suits and fine clothes
but when his offering didn't increase
their attitudes began to fold
a new trophy was brought to church
a new trophy was brought to church
and the old man put to shame
the new trophy had a fine job
and gave thousands in Jesus' name
so one day after service
so one day after service
the pastor requested a chance to speak
after all we've done for you, he said
still God you will not seek
but I don't know what to do, said the man
but I don't know what to do, said the man
I want to draw closer to God
loaned suits, a hot meal and a quick little prayer
seems to be all I ever got
at the beginning, I was treated so kind
at the beginning, I was treated so kind
I admit my flesh was pleased
but no one here ever taught me
the importance of staying on my knees
they said to me "come as you are"
they said to me "come as you are"
never mentioned any of my sins
in fact, preacher, you must know
they looked over my faults with a grin
they told me all about grace and love
they told me all about grace and love
they said I didn't even have to change
said I could do and have all I wanted
so long as it's in Jesus' name
how dare you blame the saints of God
how dare you blame the saints of God
you're nothing more than an infidel
we gave you what you needed, but you failed
you're the one who has chosen hell
no place to stay, no job and no home
no place to stay, no job and no home
you don't pay any tithes and you're all alone
you're no longer wanted in this church of mine
you've really disgraced our church this time
so just that quickly, he was back in the streets
so just that quickly, he was back in the streets
his clothes are still torn, he has nothing to eat
and now his dispair is worse than before
he's bitter toward the Church, and God he trusts no more
when you see this man on the corner
when you see this man on the corner
don't blame him for being so cold
this time, just tell him the truth
by the Holy Spirit, be bold
don't promise that all his troubles
don't promise that all his troubles
will instantly be washed away
don't feed him lies and false hope
don't give him a formula to pray
explain to him that hell is real
explain to him that hell is real
and there's only one way of escape
accept the work of Christ on the cross
and enter through the straight gate
instead of promoting your ministry and church
instead of promoting your ministry and church
teach him to seek the Father
show him how to search the Word
by which his faith will stretch further
and should he visit your church congregation
and should he visit your church congregation
make him part of the fellowship
don't make him a trophy or mascot of hope
and don't judge him because of his hardship
but show him the love of Christ
but show him the love of Christ
and how to grow in God
be sincere and teach him truth
that amongst saints, he won't feel odd
don't tell him "come as you are"
don't tell him "come as you are"
but teach holiness, purity of heart
only then, o Body of Christ
can you say you have done your part
what we must always remember
what we must always remember
evangelize as the disciples saw
yes God is gracious and merciful
but mercy comes because of the Law
whom He chastises He loves
whom He chastises He loves
yes, God will take care of His own
but He's also a just judge
and will punish from His holy throne

Preparation for the Proper Foundation
For the last month, God has been dealing with me about worship. The clarion call for His people in this season is to develop relationship with the Father. So, many of us have focused on worship and intimacy with Him. Yet, God has even more to say to His people. Hallelujah! I am so thankful for a Father who chastises those He loves!
During these last few weeks, the Lord has been dealing with me through the book of Ezra. Of course, I found this very interesting. Many of us NEVER pay any attention to this book, yet it offers so much insight on true worship and dedication to the Father. The book begins with a decree from Cyrus, the King, to build a house for God in Jerusalem. So, he instructs the Jews who remain after the Babylonian captivity to go back to the holy city and build a temple to Jehovah. Cyrus gathers all the temple materials that were brought out of Jerusalem by Nebuchadnezzar during the capture of Jerusalem. Until this day, they were used in the temple of idols for the worship of false gods.
Now, just in this little bit of information shared during the first chapter, the Lord began to speak to me. So many of us often quote that we are “taking back what the devil stole from us.” The Lord showed me that a season of restoration is coming forth, but not as we may expect. “The church has allowed the world to steal from ME,” said God. This stung me when I first heard it, but God began to show me even more. The basins, bowls, vessels, jewels and fine metals that were stolen from the temple in Jerusalem were all commanded and ordained for worship. They WERE NOT FOR THE PEOPLE, but they were brought into the temple to bring glory to the Father. In the church, HOLINESS has been stolen by the world. The church has allowed the world to dictate music, to dictate the order of service. The pulpit has become a political platform, a fundraising podium and a comic relief, rather than a station for the dissemination of God’s Word. The church bows to the world and allows it to dictate song and dance. My God! How many more preachers will start service at 11:00 and end by noon, just in time to catch the game? “Holiness,” says the Lord, “is being restored.” Church, no longer can we allow the world to dictate how we serve our God. He is the same yesterday, today and forever.
In the second chapter of Ezra, a count is taken of all those who returned to Jerusalem. In addition, a determination of the priestly lineage was also determined. Though they were all CALLED back to the holy city, not all were CHOSEN to take of the priestly sacraments. Again, God is speaking. Those who were of priestly lineage, but had taken spouses of unholy nations, no longer found their names in the book of the priests. Saints of God, we cannot expect to do what we wish and return to God desiring the same position and the same anointing. The day has come when some will need to SIT DOWN. God is not using everybody. This is a season where gifts and talent alone will not suffice. The Father is raising up those who have a heart for Him. He is anointing the lips of those who desire to worship rather than those that can just sing. He’s anointing the feet of those ready to dance in battle rather than those who have professional training, but no anointing. Yes, get ready for the shift. The world’s ways will no longer dictate the move of God’s people.
As chapter 3 opens, the Word says the people gathered together as “one man.” Glory to God! Unity is restored. Once again, God’s people came together with one mind and a willingness to move on one accord. Unity is being restored to the Body of Christ. Hallelujah! Now, take note of what happens next…
Ezra 3:2 Then stood up Jeshua son of Jozadak, and his brethren the priests, and Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, and his brethren, and they built the altar of the God of Israel to offer burnt offerings upon it, as it is written in the instructions of Moses the man of God.
Ezra 3:3 And they set the altar [in its place] upon its base, for fear was upon them because of the peoples of the countries; and they offered burnt offerings on it to the Lord morning and evening.
Ezra 3:4 They kept also the Feast of Tabernacles, as it is written, and offered the daily burnt offerings by number according to the ordinances, as each day's duty required,
Ezra 3:5 And after that, the continual burnt offering, the offering at the New Moon, and at all the appointed feasts of the Lord, and the offerings of everyone who made a freewill offering to the Lord.
Ezra 3:6 From the first day of the seventh month they began to offer burnt offerings to the Lord, but the foundation of the temple of the Lord was not yet laid.
Notice that the altar was built before the temple. Not only that, but the altar was built BEFORE THE FOUNDATION WAS LAID. Oh, God really dealt with me about this. He said the problem with many “church folk” is that we are standing on foundations that were built outside of worship! My God! I had to ask the Lord what He meant. He showed me that most of us still rely on tradition and religion. We still depend on what we were taught my grandmother and granddaddy. We are more devoted to the church body than we are to Him. We’re more concerned about the denomination than the souls of His people. Instead of changing what we think and believe, we want God to conform to the mold we have created for Him. Why? Because a foundation has been laid that was never destroyed. Yes, some of us need to throw out all our ideas. Lay down the titles. Throw out the denominations. Put away the tradition and superstition. JUST SEEK GOD. This is a season for NEW REVELATION. Religion is being challenged…not to create strife, but to bring us into a new season with the Father.
Even in our personal ministries and endeavors, God is saying “Worship me before you lay a foundation. Seek me before you begin to build.” People of God, we must be so careful in this season to keep our motives pure. This is not the time to make any decision without seeking the Father. Even if a thing seems good, do not establish anything before seeking God. We do not have time to build temples in which the Father refuses to dwell. How many times will we establish ministries, set up boards, create activities and take part in events without seeking God first? Why do we insist on completing our own agendas, then “inviting God in?” No. Invite Him first, and let Him tell His people what to build. Just as the people did in this passage of Scripture, we must build the altar first. Worship. Seek God. Then, build a foundation. Last, build the temple. The established work comes at the end, not the beginning. Yes, Lord!
Ezra 3:10 And when the builders laid the foundation of the temple of the Lord, the priests stood in their vestments with trumpets, and the Levite sons of Asaph with their cymbals, to praise the Lord, after the order of David king of Israel.
Ezra 3:11 They sang responsively, praising and giving thanks to the Lord, saying, For He is good, for His mercy {and} loving-kindness endure forever toward Israel. And all the people shouted with a great shout when they praised the Lord, because the foundation of the house of the Lord was laid!
After the altar was erected, and the worship was accepted by the Father, the foundation was laid. The people knew it was accepted by the Father because their offerings had been received, not rejected. Therefore, praise was in order when the foundation was laid. People of God, when we get into God’s will, the works we complete for His kingdom will ignite praise rather than strife…unity rather than confusion. To GOD be the glory!
Ezra 4:1 NOW WHEN [the Samaritans] the adversaries of Judah and Benjamin heard that the exiles from the captivity were building a temple to the Lord, the God of Israel,
Ezra 4:2 They came to Zerubbabel [now governor] and to the heads of the fathers' houses and said, Let us build with you, for we seek {and} worship your God as you do, and we have sacrificed to Him since the days of Esarhaddon king of Assyria, who brought us here.
Ezra 4:3 But Zerubbabel and Jeshua and the rest of the heads of fathers' houses of Israel said to them, You have nothing to do with us in building a house to our God; but we ourselves will together build to the Lord, the God of Israel, as King Cyrus, the king of Persia, has commanded us.
Ezra 4:4 Then [the Samaritans] the people of the land [continually] weakened the hands of the people of Judah and troubled {and} terrified them in building
Ezra 4:5 And hired counselors against them to frustrate their purpose {and} plans all the days of Cyrus king of Persia, even until the reign of Darius [II] king of Persia.
Now, don’t be surprised when the enemy sees the success and tries to get his hand in God’s work. This is where so many of us miss it. Some of us are going to have ministries coming forth with a success like never before. People with a true heart for God are gathering and getting works completed for God’s glory. Beware of allowing the world to take part and corrupt the work. Saints, this is a season when you may have to turn help away. You may have to deny the loan from the bank that supports homosexuality. You may have to tell your sister or brother in the natural that they can’t preach in the pulpit until their lives become holy. Jesus said that his followers would have to deny mother, father, sister and brother for His sake. That time has come. No unholy thing should touch what God has anointed to be built. This is the season of HARD DECISIONS, yet holiness cannot be compromised. Many must sit down and be turned away…OR EXPOSED.
As the book of Ezra concludes, we see that many years pass before the temple is finally built. Opposition comes in many different forms, delaying the building of the temple on numerous occasions. God is telling His people not to be discouraged. No matter how long it may take a thing to be established, as long as the pure worship, in spirit and in truth, is not quenched, the battle has not been lost. The enemy is bringing forth an attack as many of us have never seen before. Be prepared to STAND.
Most importantly, always build the altar before setting a foundation. Any foundation set on anything other than relationship with God will either fall or serve as the base to another altar that must be torn down! If disobedient, do not be upset when God’s people bring exposure and destruction to the work created in idolatry. To God be the glory!
The Jonah Complex
Modern Prophets Coveting the Judgment Seat of God
Many times I sit in my car or in my office meditating on the Word of God. In the midst of that, He will give me clarity or a prophetic word relating to whatever it is I have been lead to read at that time. This evening, the Lord told me to be careful of the “Jonah Complex.” It’s funny, but I knew exactly what He was speaking of. Many times, I have to ask for clarification, but not this time. Now, this was a word for ME, but I feel lead to share it, because I’m sure there are others who can benefit from it. Amen?
Jon 1:1 And there is a word of Jehovah unto Jonah son of Amittai, saying:
Jon 1:2 `Rise, go unto Nineveh, the great city, and proclaim against it that their wickedness hath come up before Me.'
Jon 1:3 And Jonah riseth to flee to Tarshish from the face of Jehovah, and goeth down to Joppa, and findeth a ship going to Tarshish, and he giveth its fare, and goeth down into it, to go with them to Tarshish from the face of Jehovah.
So many times, the Lord has given me orders to go to a particular place or face a group of people in order to speak against their transgressions. Yet, instead of obeying, I went in a completely different direction. Too many times…on too many occasions. Like Jonah, I failed to remember two very important things:
1) I cannot run from God;
2) When I am disobedient, it will cause a storm in someone else’s life.
Yes, while the first point is easily accepted, how many of us don’t think about how the intended recipient suffers due to an UNDELIVERED word? Can I be honest? I’ve often thought, “Lord, if you send me to give a word of warning, they will then be held responsible. If I don’t go, maybe it will buy them some time.” Not so. See, God had to show me that many times, the prophet is sent because prior warnings were not heeded. That’s why we must have a face like flint…that’s why we can’t look on their faces and be intimidated. I must be real. I’ve got to GET OUT OF GOD’S BUSINESS. How many of us still question what He does and what He says? Is He not God?
All because of Jonah’s disobedience, the sea began to rage and every passenger on the boat suffered the violence of the storm. How many are being tossed and fro because of my disobedience or yours? Do we not realize that we can curse a situation by not delivering the Word of God? Yes, a sin of omission is just as bad as a sin of commission. Disobedience is still better than sacrifice.
Jon 4:1 And it is grievous unto Jonah--a great evil--and he is displeased at it;
Jon 4:2 and he prayeth unto Jehovah, and he saith, `I pray Thee, O Jehovah, is not this my word while I was in mine own land--therefore I was beforehand to flee to Tarshish--that I have known that Thou art a God, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abundant in kindness, and repenting of evil?
Jon 4:3 And now, O Jehovah, take, I pray Thee, my soul from me, for better is my death than my life.'
Jon 4:4 And Jehovah saith, `Is doing good displeasing to thee?'
Now, this is where Jonah really reminds me of myself. In the 3rd chapter, the Bible tells us that God gave him instruction, once again, on what message to deliver to Ninevah. This time, he is obedient and takes the word he feared delivering. To his surprise, the people RECEIVE it. One might think Jonah would be happy…NOT!
Deep down inside, I believe Jonah expected opposition. Once the people repented, he was mad with God. People of God, let’s get delivered together. Let’s just be real. There are some people I simply don’t like, yet God is sending them a word through me as His prophet. Some of them are going to receive it and get right. Can I handle that? Can you handle that? Can we handle our enemies receiving from the Lord and ending up better off than we are? Can we handle our loved ones getting saved and surpassing us in miraculous works? Can we handle our ex-husbands and ex-wives getting hold to God and walking into prosperity? Ahhh…more flesh that has to die!
Even atop of that, notice Jonah’s excuse for being upset. He feels that his word has been discredited. The people heeded the word given to him, changed and therefore received mercy from the Father. Rather than rejoicing in the victory, Jonah is upset. He tells God this is the very reason he didn’t want to deliver the word in the first place. How many of us have been called to deliver a word, and God completely brought that person out of a dry place? Then, our concern is, “God, why did you make me look stupid…like I can’t hear from You?” Uh oh, there is it again…PRIDE…FALSE HUMILITY. We act like we wanted God to bring forth wrath to protect His word and to set the house in order. Let’s face it…for some of us, it feels good to see others corrected. That brings back a thought…WHO is the measure of your holiness? Yes, seeing others in a seemingly lesser state often makes us feel more secure, but that’s not God’s way. We cannot measure our holiness next to any man…just Jesus Christ.
One of the hardest things for us to do is stand on the Word of God, even when it seems to be wrong. This goes for the written Word (logos) and the spoken Word (rhema) alike. We must learn to walk in obedience and stop trying to judge and/or predict God’s actions. Let Him be God.
As I before stated, this was for ME, yet I pray it is a blessing to someone else who may be dealing with the same thing. I know there are some Ninevah’s in my life. Deep down inside, I know it will be difficult to see some of them prosper. Even moreso after the Word comes forth from my own mouth, but to GOD be the glory. Pray for me on this one, saints. The Jonah Complex within me must die! This is where I struggle within the office of the Prophet, especially because there is so much Teacher in me. Yes, I try to reason with EVERYTHING. Yes, I’m guilty. I want to know God’s entire war plan before taking care of one battle. It’s like I’m a sniper, and I see the enemy. I have a clear shot, yet I don’t just shoot. Instead, I start asking questions. Yes, this is my dilemma. God is telling me to hear and proclaim. That’s it! PLEASE pray for and with me on this. AMEN

"...but thou shalt conceive..."
Matthew 25:23
Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
God bless you!
The LORD gave me a word of encouragement this morning for some who have been waiting patiently for the birth of ministry within you. Some of you know you are called to a great work, but you have not been able to see it come into fruition. You may not know where to start, or you may have "failed" in the past. This Word is for you... God took me to Judges 13, where the Bible tells us of an angel prophesying to Manoah and his barren wife.
"Manoah" is a Hebrew word for "rest." It is sometimes translated as "a quiet, settled spot." In the Scriptures, Manoah and his wife are told that they shall bring forth a son, who shall be dedicated as a priest. Along with the promise comes some conditions. Manoah's wife is not to drink any strong drink, and she is not to eat any unclean food. When the child is born, he is to be dedicated back to the LORD as a Nazarite, so no razor should ever touch His head.
God said to tell His people that He sees those who are as Manoah. Many of you have "rested in God." You abide in the secret place of the most High. You have become content in His presence and have not sought personal glory. Yet, you want to be used of God. Some of you have tried "ministry" before...you've tried to pastor churches, set up outreaches, evangelize in your cities, etc., but the odds were always against you - not enough support, not enough finances. Now is the season to MOVE AGAIN. God said, "You have been barren, but you shall conceive." Glory to God.
Do not be discouraged when you see those who are seemingly successful in ministry, but have not real relationship with the Father. Do not covet their fame, glory or riches. You shall conceive and birth ministries pleasing to the Father. Yet, you must not be tainted by the world. You cannot be influenced by popularity and wealth - the material things that many have claimed by prostituting God's people. You must dedicate the work unto the Father. And do not allow anyone or anything to cut down or destroy the vision that is within you. I hear God saying, NO TURNING BACK!
Also, just as Samson was called to deliver his people from bondage, your ministry will bring you into a place of freedom. Yes, Samson's people were brought under the bondage of the Philistines because they did evil in the sight of the Lord. God is showing me that these ministries will literally break generational curses. Get ready for your loved ones to be delivered when you step forth into the work of the Lord! Do not be surprised when those who once shunned you now call and ask you for prayer, or become members of your churches. Yet, remain humble and receive them in love.
I know this word is not for everyone, but I pray it will bear witness with those it is meant for. Whenever a battle goes forth, fortresses are set up. They are established for refuge and as a point to look out upon the horizon. A fortress is fortified, and established by the military. Oftentimes, even in a battle, the enemy is reluctant to attack a fortress. Fortresses, COME FORTH! Go, letting men see your good works, that they may glorify your Father, who is in heaven!
AMEN.
