CHOOSE YE THIS DAY WHOM YE WILL SERVE

Joshua 24:15

[Amplified Bible] And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell; but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

[Literal Translation of the Holy Scriptures] And if it seems evil in your eyes to serve Jehovah, choose for yourselves today whom you will serve, whether the gods whom your fathers served Beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living. But as for me and my house, we will serve Jehovah.

[King James Version] And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.

I have seen and quoted this Scripture so many times, yet God told me to tell His people that we must choose whom we will serve. God showed me that many of us are still serving and IMAGE of Him that is called religion. We are serving the God our grandmothers told us about...the God our mothers and fathers sing about, but many still refuse to KNOW Him.

The fact still remains that no man can worship God, except in SPIRIT and in TRUTH. RELATIONSHIP is a must. Without relationship with the Father, there is no true worship. Therefore, there is no true service to Him.

Saints of God, I see all the arguments...all the doctrinal division...the hypocrisy...the jealousy that is so present in God's house and He is not pleased. If we tap into Him, the arguments will cease. How can two walk together accept they be agreed? If God is speaking and all our ears are open, will we not all hear the same thing? If we all hear Him, where is the opportunity for disagreement. God changes not. He is a God of order and a God of unity, not a God of discourse or division.

People of God, we MUST get on one accord. It's time to call it like it is. If you do not have a relationship with God, SHUT UP! Stop trying to cause confusion amongst God's people just to make a name for yourself! It's not worth it.

I saw that the woman of God posted something about the chameleon this morning. Yesterday, God dealt with me about that as well. He said that we can't unify for spiritual warfare and battle because there are too many chameleons among us. Yes, in the Body of Christ...in this group...in our local churches and assemblies. DISCERNMENT is needed now more than ever before. This is the season for the false prophet, the false apostle, the false teacher, the false pastor, the false evangelist. Do NOT fall prey. KNOW THOSE WHO LABOR AMONG YOU.

God said there are not many who are willing to stand. Instead, the chameleons change with every wind and doctrine. They know how to look the part. They say the right things, wear the right clothes, and attach to the right people. My God! Yet, on the battle field, they fade into the background! They avoid EXPOSURE.

Let's hear God on today. He told me yesterday, "Know those who labor among you AND those who HIDE among you." People of God, numbers are not our friend right now. The more people we have among us, the more we need to seek God. I don't endorse the spirit of SUSPICION. Suspicion is not of God, but DISCERNMENT is!

We've got to stop serving the IMAGE of God. Belonging to an anointed group is not good enough. Attending a Bible-believing church is not good enough. Saying "grace" before a meal is not good enough. WE MUST KNOW THE FATHER. I know that not everyone is a prophet, but the Bible tells us that the Holy Spirit teaches all things. You must have the Holy Spirit within you in order to survive.

There are some among us with a false sense of security. God wants you reeled in TODAY. CHOOSE TODAY! Lay down your denomination. If God said it, CRY LOUD AND SPARE NOT! Stop worrying about whether or not they will hear you. Stop concerning yourself with your membership or your family's reputation. OBEY GOD!

My heart is so heavy this morning, but I have to be obedient. God is showing me so much. Please, whoever you are, choose today. COMPLETELY SUBMIT today. Some of us here know that we hear from God, yet we would rather follow religion and doctrine. NO MORE! God is saying, "NO MORE." He needs us to be completely sold out. It's time to lay DOWN reputations.

"Not many days hence," says God, "some will be required to lay down life."
